Using CulinAI

CulinAI is a cooking community and AI-assisted kitchen app developed by Rheyven Bausas. The service is currently in beta testing. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Read the Privacy Notice before using the service. You must be legally able to accept these Terms and obtain parental or guardian permission where your local law requires it.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and email reset codes, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Never share an OTP with someone claiming to be support.

Community and your content

Keep ownership of the recipes, captions, images and videos you upload. You give CulinAI permission to store, display and process that content as needed to provide the features and visibility settings you choose. Upload only content you own or have permission to use; respect attribution when remixing recipes. Public content may be viewed, copied or shared by others.

Do not post unlawful material, harassment, scams, other people’s private information without permission, or content that infringes rights. Do not abuse reporting, impersonate chefs, bypass access limits, scrape private data or interfere with the service. Administrators may review reports, moderate content and restrict accounts for safety or violations. Chef verification is separate from paid plans.

AI, nutrition and food safety

AI replies, ingredient recognition, meal plans, nutrition estimates and creator drafts can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Review ingredients, allergens, storage temperatures and preparation instructions independently. These tools are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a food-safety guarantee or a promise of creator engagement. Consult qualified professionals for health needs. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s personal data to AI tools.

Plans, allowances and beta access

Free, Plus, Pro and Creator have different monthly AI/photo allowances and feature access. Check the Plan & usage page for current details and reset dates. Reaching an allowance may open a plan comparison dialog when you try an AI action; you can dismiss it. Changing a currency display or requesting beta access does not activate a plan.

During beta testing, displayed PHP/USD prices are reference rates only and are not collected as payments. Beta access is free by admin approval, may expire and is not guaranteed. No checkout, card collection, purchase or automatic renewal is enabled in this release. Expiry returns access to Free; existing saved plans/drafts remain readable as described in the app.

Availability and responsibility

Beta features may change, fail or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of important content. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, specific cooking or health results, or error-free AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Leaving and updates

You can edit your account in Settings and use its account-deletion option, subject to the app’s admin-account restrictions. Deletion removes associated app records through the current database relationships; backup and third-party retention are described in the Privacy Notice. Future material changes will be published here with an updated version. This release records acceptance at new account creation; it does not claim existing users accepted a new version automatically.
